my sister's op went well, thank god (if there is one) for that. =) 

thanks for all who expressed your concern. (you know who you are) i'm ok, just a little affected by the sombre and solemn mood in in the house for the past week. 

the avalanche of assignments/projects paired with my work commitments did little to improve the situation.

i really love the wonderful people in my class. special mention goes to eme for the wonderfully sweet card and manda for her late-night sms! =)

and i really hate irresponsible people. 

you can be weak in your capability, but to couple that with a lack of effort is simply unacceptable.

AND i had to abandon my runs. =(

i swear once school ends, i'll run like a man possessed.

aim: weekly milage of >60k in mid-august and september.

not to meant in a bad way. but yeah, we're just different.
