as the minute hand passes

i feel like i'm racing against time.

she's flying off on the 10th. to be honest, i'm spending all the time i can possibly afford, while factoring in my assignments which are starting to pile up, with her.

in light of the recent flu situation, it's no secret that i'm worried sick that she's flying nearer to the epicenter of the outbreak. her destination, europe, is not spared from the spread too.

however, i must say that the four countries she's headin to, namely: Germany/France/Spain/Italy, are really the travel destinations to kill for! =) the sights, sounds and smell will be fantastic.

well, i'm praying each day that the situation will not be as bad as initially feared.

if she comes back safe and sound, i'll double my current fixed monthly contribution to community chest. that's a promise. so to The One up there, please keep her healthy, safe and without any troubles. thank you belly much.

on a separate note, i dont deny the fact that i am not focusing as much on running as i did before. sigh. i dont know. i make no excuses for it. i do feel bad. but... oh well, there's no buts.
