the number 25 have several meanings...

25% is one quarter..
25 is the marks allocation for one econs essay..
25years of marriage celebrates a silver anniversary...
25 Dec is Christmas!
25 is a square number..
25 is a odd number..
25 is XXV in roman numeral..
25 could be anything to you... heck, it could even be the number of times you wet your bed..


to me 25 is special to me. very special.


on 25th Sept, exactly a month ago, we set out on a journey. a journey together with weijie...
we never know what lies ahead. still dont.
what we know is it aint going to be easy.. with its fair share of ups and downs. and we know it's going to be a tough road ahead...

but we agreed that the road will be easier with her hand in mine and mine in hers.

it was a decision much thought out... but yes, the eventual decision is yes.


so one month later. today. we looked back at this one month we have been together, it wasnt fairy-tale: i didnt build a castle named after her. i didnt make a thousand paper cranes for her. i didnt send her 999 roses. i didnt get her a 25 carat diamond. nope i didnt.


i did nothing much.


all i did, and still do, was to love her. and that's what she did too.


i wished for a companion. it was granted.. NoNo.. i'm a lucky chap. it got better. much better.

i was given chen weijie...
my best friend and my love...
someone i can always count on.
someone who's always there for me. with me.
