update!

i have spoken to my dad (yet again) regarding my academic future.
the verdict? a local polytechnic. likely to be Singapore Poly, courtesy of its convenience in transportation.

and of course, the presence of jie in the school is also a factor in my consideration of school. to be awfully frank, i'm worried that we could be more of a distraction than attraction to each other while we're both in school. and sometimes being in the ssame environment could be another source of agrument.

*phone rings*
"hello dear!"
"where are you?"
"oh! i'm in canteen 3 with tom, dick and harry ah! why darling?"
"ok. then am i seeing your stunt double at the library with that girl in your class NOW?"
"errr...."

now now.. that certainly don't sound too good right? =x

but then again, she'll be in year3, her last year while i'm still wonderfully stuck with the matured and civilised year one kids. (oh, don't remind me.) so we'll be sharing schools for only one year!

either way, i'm still considering. school and course alike. any bright ideas? anyone?

i have plans to take part in this year's Standard Chartered Marathon. yes, you heard me right.

all 42.195KM of it.
me will run.
me run very slow and steady one.
me SHOULD complete.
me... me kinda scared.
me considering.
me jio-ing people go run with me.

our 2-star kayaking course will start on friday the 13th to 15th this month!

no thanks to the auspicious date, you can bet that i'll be wearing a pair of lucky red undies. probably one that comes complete with a life-saving kit and can double as my Personal Floatation Device! =D

ok. i'm joking.

then again, i might get a pair that have the chinese words GONG XI FA CAI on it for good measure.

anyway, i hope the old gang can make it! =)

i'm begining to like sunbeam sessions more and more. some of the kids have taken a liking to me (i think!), especially this group of boys who are, well.. i should say, more active than the rest! the children can be little pests at times, but you can't help but fall in love with them.

cute little bastards they are. =)

gene and myself are involved in the planning of this year's family day. we're working doubly hard to make it a roaring success! =) wish us luck people!

time with jie is getting precious nowadays due to her hectic schedule. perhaps, due to the stress both of us are facing in our own work, disagreements surfaced here and then.

well... what's romance without the spiciness?! =p

no thanks to both our character, i believe there will be no lack of that in our relationship.

but then again, too much of "negative spiciness" can be more of a bad thing too.. =x



21 months later, i'm still very much in love with her.


anyway, yesterday's date was largely a disappointment as we were unable to get the tickets to the movie of our choice! Transformers! =( i was just as affected as you are.

but the highlight has got to be that hagen daz ice-cream after dinner! =) let's see if i can get the photos from her soon!
