well.. met up with my darling girl in the morning for breakfast! and i was LATE! sorry...=x
berdie joined us shortly after that... dear finally got her wish of taking a photos with her dearest OGL! (read: O Guai Lan.. in berd's case)

left for Ngee Ann Poly for a study session together with berd, veko, eileen and the ever-SO-late ziwan... did this stupid taiwan variety show-like thing:

make veko(vivek) listen to a chinese song.
follow the words and try to sing along.
the rest of us will try to guess what he's singing...

the results?

we let berdie (a FREAKING chinese as reflected in his Birth Cert) repeat the same.

saw this 6.30pm news on Channel8:

In China, more parents SPECIFICALLY asked for good-looking and relatively smarter nurses and doctors to deliver their babies. The reason being they believe that the baby will take over the looks of the FIRST person he/she looks at.

i hereby declare my sh*t is made of gold and my pi** can be marketed for
Singapore's Best-Brewed Beer.

that piece of news is the one of the biggest truckload of BULL i ever heard!

and please. i rather my child look like my wife or myself. not a freaking nurse i dont even know! definitely not the milkman/gardener/postman or the pretty office secretary(oops)!

and what's looks without character?

BUT curiosity got the better of me. i asked my mum if she still remember how does the nurse who delivered me look like....
she said, "of cos! how could i forget?!"

and to top things off she even had a picture of her.

SEE?! i told you that children growing up to look like the nurse who delivered them is complete BULL! =)
