school have started about 3days ago.. it's a funny feeling really. after 12years, it's the first time in which i need not worry about those mountain-piles of undone homwork and whether i can still fit in that uniform i wore last year. my formal education have well and truly ended. a strange blend of loss and happiness filled me as i fathom the route ahead.

yesterday, dear and i met up with gene and winnie for some catching up. we agreed to meet at Plaze Singapure where we visited XIAOmei (literally) Liqi at her workplace at TCC.

worst waiter ever~ =)

dear was straving when she got there. one of the VERY few times she did so without me feeling hungry too... =p i pester Liqi to get her some freebie! (the singaporean in me was in over-drive) and she was nice enough to get my little girl a slice of cheese cake! quite nice i would say! =)

we ordered lasagne for myself, dear and gene. while winnie got herself a pumkin soup.

today, alvin and weiyang are both getting enlisted. mmm... was that a tingle of sadness i felt? mmm.. i have no idea, but what i know is i'm going to miss all those who are going in. and i sincerely wish them all the best! my turn will come soon enough.
