14 Feb is just another day..
one moment i'm on cloud nine, the other i came crashing down to Earth in the worst of fashions.
i hate an emotional roller coaster ride. =(

i never like the idea of Valentine's Day. the mastermind behind this seemingly-scheming "festive" is anything but a Saint! till this day, i've never celebrated Valentine's and when i say "celebrate", i meant flowers, expensive gifts, megryan-tomhanks- kind of movie and candle-lit dinners.
don't get me wrong. i care about her and our relationship.
but i'm just not willing to succumb to the pressure of boyfriends having to splurge on a single over-commericalised date on the calender which blood-suckers (read: florists, restauranters, hotel management and most, if not all, departmental stores) highlighted in BOLD, all hoping to make a quick buck off us male species.
yes, i did get her a bag as her gift and went to the movies before having dinner. =) however, the bag was what i think she will really need and the ever-romantic me brought her to see a thriller-action flim, Ghost Rider, before making our way to Pizza Hut where we had our pizza over the loud screams and laughter from the opposite table of a group of Girls!
see? action movie, zero flowers and pizza hut as our choice diner.. hardly an ideal Valentine's Day date yeah? =p
but we're still happy. well.. at least that what i feel. =x
and that night's phonecall provided much fodder for our brain.
you are who you are. and i'll always love you for your way, your style.
[oops-i-forgot!]
i love the card dear made for me! and the chain necklace.. =)
now i feel guilty for not making her anything.. =(
i'm aware of what i want. more than ever now.
you are my future.
but am i yours?
i hate an emotional roller coaster ride. =(
