i was cordially invited to Children's Society Gala Premiere of the movie MAMA MIA!
and the President of Singapore, Mr SR Nathan, was present too! i was seated in the same (last) row as Mr President Sir himself! though separated by an aisle HA!

along with jiewen, peter and chailing.
for that, my balls just increased 2mm in diameter.
as for the movie.. unless you are a die hard/true blue/hardcore/loyal-till-death fan of musical movies, skip this. true that there are some nice parts in MAMA MIA but i have to say this: even high school musical is more watchable.

i have never done any serious trail running before and i certainly can't afford a pair of trail running shoes. let's hope the 4k trail road wouldn't kill me (or my knees/ankles)! =x
anyone, or knows anyone, who have a pair of size 9.5/10 trail running shoes to loan me?
speaking of which, i just bought my marathon belt. after one run, i really regretted the purchase; it bounces on my hips and eventually ends up on the exposed part of my waist. which means it's every runner's worst nightmare: chafing.
tomorrow i'm going to try it on again. hopefully, it'll be fine after some fine tuning. hopefully =(
and i've brought 2 pair of performance socks!
1 nike elite running and 1 wignam ironman!
i'm so looking forward to the BIG one in december. =)

i've been offered a job with my former camp/events company on both Part-time and Full-time basis. the pay is much higher than the current job i'm holding. BUT.. the circumstances are a little challenging as of now. (ziwan and gene will understand) i'll sit back and let the situation diffuse itself before giving them an answer.
i just pay off my bills and debts (to my mum due to my oaks) today.
damn.
i think my birth characters (sheng chen ba zhi) clash BIG TIME with the dollar sign.

oh ya! i heard from jane too. BUT if it rains that day, my shoes will turn from white to dark brown. =(
AND the marathon belt is free size. it works fine with my adidas running shorts but not with my PTI ones. i think the material too smooth to secure the belt!
