i got a confession to make.

i really admire eugene.
that's eugene, my gay buddy!
the fact that he's so disciplined in his training scares me. at the height of my "running career", i was doing a good 50-60 kilometres mileage per week. i already thought it was rather intensive and i'm quite pleased with it in fact. recently, i realised eugene is covering that distance in about 2 training days. TWO days where i took SEVEN.

oh. don't get me started on his bicycle and swimming trainings.
he's mad. but i really admire that. i can certainly use some of his discipline and determination. *stares down at my beer belly* yeah.. i can certainly use some.

my beer belly is somewhere close to this.
on other note, i'm slowly recovering from my patella infection. slowly but surely. i can now run 30 minutes before the pain sets in, as compared to previous threshold of 10 minutes. i don't deny that it gets really frustrating, as in not able to run like i did before.
i got to have more patience.

that's how i look like after 30mins.. OUCH!

ARGH! F**K YOU MR KNEECAP! RECOVER FASTER LAH! NABEH~
(told you i need more patience)
anyway, eugene/weiyang/myself are planning a climbing trip to Mount Kinabalu at the end of the year.

Mount Kaninabu
two things i need for this trip:
1. Funding
2. A good physical condition.
point 1 can somewhat work itself out. point 2 is the tricky one. with this wretched knee of mine, i can't really condition my body well. =(
so please pardon me if i die from Glucosamine overdose k?
sidenote:i bet my knee is made in china.
