gym class heroes

today's gym class was GOOD! we did an intensive circuit training with the resistance band machines. there were a total of, say, 15 stations in total? we were supposed to do 10 reps for each station at resistance level 7-10.

my garang-ness took over and i did 20 reps for each station at level 9. i tell you, muscle groups i never thought existed in my body suddenly sprung to life by screaming out in pain. the lactic burn was fantastically wonderful. by the end of 1 set, everyone was screaming for mercy and our instructor decided to let us off with just 1 set.

i was the only idiot to stayed on for another set on my own.

followed by another set of workout with free weights!

all these for a stronger body to aid my running.

and of course, to look good shirtless! HAHA!

my arm muscles are damn tight now. if someone were to paste a post-it on my back, coupled with a picture of a turtle and the words "kick me" underneath it, i will not be able to stretch my hands behind to take it off. =x

but still, i owned the class! MUAH-HAHAHAHAHAAAAAAaaaaaa.

ok, i think i have some serious ego issues. =s

eme just admitted this afternoon that she finds me cute. HA! ok, she's going to kill me.

and she's going to deny it and then say something hurtful about me. heh.
